- Onion
- Palm oil
- Dry pepper or chili pepper
- Salt and seasoning
- Ripe plantain

- Boil beans until very soft.
- Mash slightly and season.
- Fry palm oil with pepper and onions for sauce.
- Slice and fry ripe plantain.
- Serve beans with sauce and plantain.
