  • 2 cups honey beans (ewa oloyin)
  • Onion
  • Palm oil
  • Dry pepper or chili pepper
  • Salt and seasoning
  • Ripe plantain

Steps

  3. Mash slightly and season.
  4. Fry palm oil with pepper and onions for sauce.
  5. Slice and fry ripe plantain.
